With these action-packed encounters setting the tone, the tournament is already off to a gripping start.

Next, the fourth match pitted Delhi Capitals against Lucknow Super Giants in Visakhapatnam, and finally, the fifth match, held on Tuesday in Ahmedabad, featured Gujarat Titans versus Punjab Kings. 23 March: Mumbai Indians (MI) made 155/9, but Chennai Super Kings (CSK) scored 158/6 in 19.1 overs, securing a four-wicket victory.
24 March: Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) scored 209/8, but Delhi Capitals (DC) chased 211/9 in 19.3 overs, clinching a thrilling one-wicket win.
25 March: Punjab Kings (PBKS) posted 243/5 and held Gujarat Titans (GT) to 232/5, winning by 11 runs.

How the Points Table Works

The league divides its 10 teams into two groups of five. Each team plays 14 league matches, facing the other four teams in their group and one team from the other group twice, plus the remaining four teams from the other group once. Teams earn two points for a win and one point for a no-result match. A Super Over settles ties.
