Rajasthan Government job Alert: Vacancy for 10th Pass

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur, has announced a massive recruitment drive for driver positions. Meanwhile, the General Administration Department will oversee these appointments in various state government offices. In total, the recruitment drive includes 2,756 vacancies, and therefore, eligible candidates can apply.

For this recruitment, reservation benefits will be available only to Rajasthan natives, while candidates from other states can apply under the general category.

Vacancy Breakdown

Out of the 2,756 total vacancies, 2,602 are for the non-scheduled area. The category-wise distribution is as follows:

• General Category – 1,184 posts
• Scheduled Caste (SC) – 365 posts
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 278 posts
• Other Backward Classes (OBC) – 435 posts
• Extremely Backward Classes (EBC) – 103 posts
• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) – 229 posts
• Sahariya Primitive Caste (Baran District) – 08 posts

Eligible candidates should review the official notification and apply accordingly.

A total of 154 vacancies are available in the scheduled area, distributed as follows:

• General Category – 84 posts
• Scheduled Caste (SC) – 3 posts
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) – 67 posts

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification – Must have passed 10th grade or an equivalent qualification.
• Driving License – A valid license for both light and heavy vehicles is mandatory.
• Experience – At least 3 years of experience in driving light and heavy vehicles.

Salary & Application Fee

• Salary Range – ₹20,800 to ₹65,900 per month.
• Application Fee:
  • General Category – ₹600
  • OBC, EBC, EWS, SC, ST, and Divyang (Rajasthan) – ₹400
• Candidates can pay online, at a state-designated e-Mitra kiosk, or through a public facility center.
